A local lady who joined Bladon Sears in 1996 as a part time secretary. Kathy now heads up a large Lettings and Management Department and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the lettings industry, from company lets to housing benefit issues and everything in between.
Helen comes from a sales background and had her first job in the estate agency approximately 38 years ago in Muswell Hill. Helen co-founded Bladon Sears with Nigel in October 1990 whilst the country was in the depths of depression and within her years with Bladon Sears, has marvelled and embraced the roller coaster of the local property market.
Nigel has been involved with the property market since leaving school at 18 having trained at a West End commercial agency before going to work at a residential agency in St Johns Wood. He has been in partnership with Helen since 1990 and still enjoys the everyday challenges of the buying and selling of property. Nigel advocates that every estate agent should move house at least once every 5 years to remind themselves of the turbulences that can be experienced.

Adele joined Bladon Sears in 2017 having previously worked in property management and as a conveyancing secretary. With over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, Adele is an excellent source of knowledge and enjoys the variety of her role as secretary and assisting Sales and Rentals.
